Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at THE DEAL HOUSE.
Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, items that are used are not eligible for a refund due to hygiene and health & safety reasons.
Please do not return anything to us before contacting a customer support representative. You are able to contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone: 07572950996. Failure to contact us prior to returning your order may result in delays and we will not be held responsible for any charges that you may have incurred as a result of this.
For items that are unused, unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item MUST be unopened and in its original condition. You will not get a refund if the item breaches any of these conditions.
A refund or replacement will be processed once the item has been receipted back by us. All returns relating to the above will need to be posted by you the buyer at your own expense.
If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away with images showing the status of the item and we will be happy to send a free replacement or refund in full. Please note, each case will be investigated thoroughly before a refund/return or replacement is processed.
